- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Take my dog there all the time (used to take my kids when they were younger). We love it! Can choose to chill,swim,play or explore. Warning though- with each flood the landscape changes,often significantly. Places we used to walk to easily are now too overgrown to allow easy access. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Hawkesbury locals have treasured this location for years. It has basic facilities such as barbeque areas, picnic tables and a pit toilet. It is one of the only decent natural swimming locations in the area and is a beautiful place to go exploring up stream. It is relatively well maintained by council and has excellent car access.
